Refund Policy

If for any reason you change your mind, you can cancel your registration within 7 days from the date of signup. You can contact us through telephone, email, or speak to your advisor at the time of your training and request for a cancellation, we will issue a 100% refund.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your cancel request.

If you cancel your registration after 7 days of your signup, you will be liable to pay complete fees for the selected course. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

Complaints:

We take a proactive approach in this regard, our Customer Support department regularly contacts our esteemed students to gauge their satisfaction level and ascertain if they are totally satisfied.

Cancellations policy:

You can cancel your subscription by giving a notice 1 month beforehand.

Public Holidays:

Our fees are charged on a monthly basis and the tuition fee is fixed beforehand.

Payment Of Fee:

We charge advance payments at the start of each month after TRIAL CLASSES by furnishing an invoice for the fee.
